The Voices That Inspire My Work

"Débora is incredibly kind, patient, and nurturing, and she was truly wonderful with my newborn. From the very first day, it was clear that she has a deep and thoughtful understanding of newborn development and milestones—she noticed the little things, anticipated our baby’s needs, and always approached each moment with gentleness and care. Her cheerful and calming presence had a very positive impact on our baby’s mood and overall well-being, bringing warmth, joy, and steadiness into our daily routine. I always felt completely at ease knowing my baby was in her care, as she is attentive, trustworthy, and consistently goes above and beyond. I can wholeheartedly recommend Débora without hesitation and am deeply grateful for the love and expertise she brought to our home."

“Debora cared for our daughter from the time she was three months old through her first year and a half, and we truly cannot imagine that period without her. She is exceptionally sweet, patient, and nurturing, with a natural gift for caregiving, and she was always deeply attentive to our daughter’s needs—calm, reassuring, and consistently going above and beyond to support her well-being. Debora helped maintain nap routines, prepared nutritious meals, took her on walks, and introduced toys and activities that encouraged learning and development. As first-time parents, we especially appreciated her knowledge and thoughtful guidance through challenges such as colic, gas, teething, and vaccinations. More than a nanny, Debora became a trusted and cherished part of our household, creating a warm and supportive environment in which our daughter thrived. We wholeheartedly recommend her and are confident she will bring the same dedication, compassion, and expertise to any family she supports.”

— Staci Alden

Debora worked with our family for eight months and quickly became a trusted and invaluable part of our household. From the beginning, she demonstrated outstanding childcare skills, particularly in sleep training and establishing a consistent daily routine, and thanks to her patience, expertise, and gentle approach, naps and bedtime became calm, predictable, and significantly improved our child’s well-being and our family’s daily life. She also managed food introduction with great care and knowledge, ensuring meals were nutritious, developmentally appropriate, and enjoyable. What truly set Debora apart was her genuine warmth and creativity—she thoughtfully planned age-appropriate activities that supported our child’s growth, curiosity, and happiness, from arts and crafts to outdoor play and reading. We will truly miss Debora and wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated postpartum doula."
